When you click/press the Green ‘Buy Tickets’ button on the WFC website, you will see the following screen:

Buying a Non-member Ticket

To buy a non-member ticket, simply click/press the dropdown on the far right and select the required number. You can buy up to 10 non-member tickets.

Buying a Member or Member’s Guest Ticket

To buy member and guest tickets, click/press the dropdown just to the right of “Use membership code”. This will reveal an input field where you can enter your 8-digit membership code.

(If you are a member, you will have received an email confirming your code after you registered it, and a further “Welcome to the WFC” email that will have included it too. It’s also included in the initial email inviting you to each screening.)

Now click/press the ‘Submit’ button to reveal the member and guest tickets.

You can then select the desired number of each ticket from the dropdown on the right. Members can buy up to 2 member tickets (i.e. when buying for another member as well), and up to 2 guest tickets.

Placing Your Order

Once you have selected all the ticket types you require, click/press the ‘Next’ button. This will take you to the checkout where you can enter your payment details.

Payment

You can either pay through your PayPal account, if you have one, or use a debit or credit card. If you are paying by card, PayPal will require you to enter a billing address. Make sure this is set for UK input (e.g. it says post code not zip code): there will be a small flag on the right indicating your country. If necessary, click the flag to correct (if you are using a VPN, PayPal may misidentify your country and not accept your post code).
