From supernatural thrillers to lyrical dramas, these films offer a rare window into a culture in transition – seen through the eyes of its boldest contemporary filmmakers.
“This is the cinema of Mongolia today,” says curator Mungun Altangerel. “We’re sharing voices and visions from a new generation of filmmakers.”
