The French Film Festival London will be at Ciné Lumiere in South Kensington from the 18th to the 29th of the month. As well as new releases, this will include restored classics such as Andrjez Żuławski’s 1991 biopic of the writer George Sand, La Note bleue, starring Sophie Marceau.

The London Palestine Film Festival will run from the 13th to the 27th of November at 11 venues across London, including the ICA and the Barbican. This will lead up to a closing night gala presentation of Muayad Alayan’s Conversations With the Sea at the Curzon Mayfair.

The UK Jewish Film Festival celebrates its 30th edition this year, running at a variety of London venues between the 5th and 15th of the month.  This will include an opening night gala screening at the BFI Southbank of When the Night Falls (La Troisième Nuit), written, directed and starring Daniel Auteuil.

The London Baltic Film Festival will be celebrating Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian cinema from the 13th to the 21st at the Regent Street Cinema and Garden Cinema in Central London. This includes the three countries’ Oscar submissions: Our Erika, Ulya and How To Divorce the War.
