Tickets booked online can be refunded via Ticket Tailor if you are unable to attend, but only up to 24 hours before the screening. Booking fees for non-member tickets will not be refunded.

Carers are eligible for free tickets and the cinema can provide two wheelchair spaces on notice. Please contact us in advance.
